  • Q: Will the HDMI 2.1 switch support 2 output screens at the same time ? 

A: No, when it use as a splitter, it only support one display at one time, you can only toggle between 2 screens. 

 

  • Q: Why can't I display 8K@60Hz or 4K@120Hz ?

A: If you need to output 8K@60Hz, 4K@120/144Hz and 1080P@240Hz via our product in your displays,please make sure your HDMI source devices, HDMI cable and HDMI display all support the resolution and refresh rate you need to output.

 

  • Q: What's the length of the line it supports ?

A: 8K resolution within 1.5 meters (4.9 ft)

     4K resolution within 3 meters (9.8 ft)

     1080P resolution within 8 meters (26.2 ft)

  • Q: Plug and play, does it need power ?

A: Normally the connected devices is the power source for the switcher. But for Some devices, when their HDMI port can not provide sufficient power for this product to work, please connect included type cable to your USB devices for enough power.
