Yes, its included. It's retail packaged so it comes with heatsink and fan. Oem packaged CPU's don't but I haven't seen then on Newegg in a while. With prices so cheap there is no real need for OEM packaged CPU's these days.

It will usually say "processor only" . Look in the details section at the bottom. It'll say either that or "with fan". Hope that helps.

This is a 64-bit processor. It is not specifically mentioned in the Specifications because practically every processor is 64-bit these days.

its x64 and yes it will work with a nivida gpu but you wont be able to use the built in gpu on this cpu, so i would recommend an fx sires cpu if you want to use a non amd gpu

yes all "box" processor should come with a stock heat sink with a thermal pad on the heat sink so all you need to do is drop the cpu in and the heat sink on top of it.

Yep, the stock heatsink and fan are included. There is also thermal paste applied to the sink already, not sure if they give a separate tube.

Yes, Arthur it is compatible. I have it paired with 16 gigs of ddr3. Just make sure you put it into a ddr 3 motherboard. I bought both from newegg. I use mine as a media server. It works really well at this. I give it 5 stars.

It will handle gaming very well as a processor and even graphics a bit, to a point, but true performance in gaming graphics will only come from a dedicated video card, IMO.
