Intel doubled the VRAM from 12GB to 24GB but kept the same 192-bit bus, so you've got twice the capacity with the same bandwidth. For workloads like LLM inference where you're constantly streaming weights from VRAM, that bus becomes the bottleneck well before you run out of memory
