Any issues with Linux pcie-x16 slots?
Other adapters using the same chipset report problems when plugged into a non pcie-x1 slot. There is a bug open against the kernel for this.

Yes, if you want to use the Bluetooth feature, you will need an open USB header. It comes with a connector cable for the purpose.

how do you install the drivers? is there a website?

It comes with a CD with an autolaunch setup program for the drivers, or theoretically you can run the setup.exe program from the CD manually. But I had trouble getting the installer to actually work and ended up using Windows' "Device Manager" to install the drivers. Log in as administrator and go to start menu and type "Device Manager". From there find the card in the unknown devices section and open it. Go to Drivers tab and click "Update Driver". Choose to browse for files and browse into the CD to find the correct drivers folder. Windows should be able to install the drivers itself directly from the CD this way.

You can also find zip file downloads of the same files as are on the CD, on ASUS's website.
