Important NoteThough this is a semiconductor dehumidifier with top performance of its kind with double cores, it's NOT a heavy-duty compressor dehumidifier. (Those guys who claim Peltier dehumidifiers can cover 1,000 sq. ft. are misleading people.). It delivers reliable performance for small spaces but does NOT match the high-efficiency dehumidification capability of larger compressor models, which consumes much more power, and are much bulkier, noisier, and pricier.
Important Tips You Need To Know Before Using This Dehumidifier:
1) Before using this dehumidifier in your room, pls keep all the doors, windows closed. Otherwise, the humid air outside will keep coming into the room to offset the work of the dehumidifier.
2) This dehumidifier works well in environment with temperature 59~104. It will achieve very good dehumidification at around 86.
If its lower than 59, it will work but the efficiency will be decreased.
3) This dehumidifier works well in environment with relative humidity 45%RH~80%RH. It will achieve very good dehumidification at around 80%RH.
4) The dehumidifier is suitable for Maximum 300 Square Feet. The smaller the space, the faster the dehumidification.
5) Humid air will be sucked into the dehumidifier from the air inlet on the back and will go out from air outlet part on the 2 sides, after being dried. Therefore, pls never block the air inlet and air outlet.
6) Pls keep the dehumidifier with a minimum distance of 20CM to any wall, cabinet wall, etc, to make sure good air flow around the dehumidifier.
7) In dry seasons when you do NOT use this dehumidifier, you can clean and dry the water tank and then cover this dehumidifier with a plastic bag.
