Charging feels slow?

To reach fast charge, you need:

30W+ PD power input

MagSafe case =2mm (no metal)

Phone may slow charging at 70–80%+ or when it’s hot.

Charging keeps stopping/starting?

Most often power or case. Use a 30W+ USB-C PD car charger and try without the case/metal parts.

Auto Start/Stop pauses charging?

Normal. Some cars drop voltage during Start/Stop, charging may pause briefly and will resume after the engine restarts.

Not charging at all?

Check power first: avoid car USB/CarPlay ports. Use a 30W+ PD charger + good cable. Remove metal/try without the case.

Gets warm/hot?

Wireless charging heat is normal. If it gets hot, power may reduce to protect the phone. Turn on AC / avoid hot air vents.

Weak magnet / phone falls?

1. The phone case’s magnetic ring may be misaligned or too weak. Test the mount without the case. If it holds fine, the case is the issue.

2. Not all phones have built-in magnetic hold. Most non-iPhones (e.g., Samsung) need a MagSafe/magnetic case or ring to attach securely.

Fan not spinning?

The fan starts automatically while charging. Re-seat the phone or press the button to toggle.

Fan noise?

Low airflow sound is normal. You can turn the fan off (charging may run warmer/slower).
