Why does my base transmitter unit power light start flashing after five minutes or so and then turn itself off. I have to change plug locations for power. This is the only item plugged in to that outlet?

Sounds like the base thinks the headset has been turned off, so the base unit shuts itself down. Less likely, there could be a problem with your electrical outlet where it starts shorting after it warms up. However it sounds more likely that there is a problem with the headset base unit or headset itself. I have two and neither does this while the headset is on.
