I have this printer now with a 2nd drawer. Can I use my 2nd drawer from my other printer on the new printer?

As long as both are 6180's, the answer is yes. The drawer just snaps onto the bottom. All of the 6180's have what is needed on the bottom to accept the bottom tray.

What is the life expectancy of the fuser?

Your work load has the biggest impact on this. I've have several printers in this model. For my department with the lightest work load it will last any where from three to five months. My department with with the heaviest work load is switching it out every month to month and half. Word of caution - We had one printer with the warning light on but everything printed just fine for what we needed. We pushed the fuser past it's life expentency figuring what harm could it do. Well the fuser stopped "fusing" and just spread toner all over the inside of the printer. Paper constantly jammed and the toner just got everywhere. The printer was ruined to the point that it didn't matter when we put a new fuser in or not. I tried reseting the machine but that did nothing for us.

About 10.5" h, 14" w and 15 d". It does need clearance in the back for power cord so consider it more like 17" deep. PS: It has been very reliable.

What memory card to use to increase printer memory?

i didn't add any extra memory. i didn't see the need for extra memory. i am well satisfied with the default memory.

Is this printer Mac compatible?

I have not used any with a Mac, but Mac drivers are readily available. Just go to the Brother USA website, Online support and search for this (or any) Brother printer. Sorry - the Newegg site won't allow me to post the URL.
