A common reason we are seeing related to poor mic performance is often due to another device being set as the input (desk mic, webcam microphone, etc.). Please double-check your input settings and verify that the SP-2000 is set as your input device.
Will I be able to connect to my laptop via USB and use with my cell phone to make Bluetooth calls at same time?
Both your computer (via USB) and your phone (via Bluetooth) can be connected to the SP-2000 at the same time. You can toggle back and forth between the two via the source button to enable the active call.
What size room is this speakerphone designed for?
The SP-2000 works well in small to medium-sized rooms where participants are within about 3 meters (10 feet) of the device.
Can I answer calls directly from the SP-2000?
Yes. When connected by Bluetooth, the SP-2000 has built-in answer and microphone mute buttons so you can manage calls directly from the speakerphone.
Can the SP-2000 be used for music as well as calls?
Yes. The SP-2000 is designed for both conference calls and music playback with enhanced bass and clear highs.
