Easy install. Clean install. Bios was easy and straightforward. The BIOS alerted the user if the ROM was incorrectly installed. the BIOS had a Secure Format program, allowing the installer to format the SSD drive to reuse as a boot drive. The installation disk had all the necessary drivers and once the WiFi drivers were installed. WiFi access was initiated and all drivers were scanned for updates. A liquid cooler was used for the CPU and wiring was very simple. We kept DDR4 RAM as we didn't need to upgrade to DDR 5. It also came with PCI-e 5 4x`6pin slot for the PCI-e 4.0 video card.

Great quality and looks amazing but wished for some red LEDs

- BIOS is easy to navigate. - I/O layout is pretty nice. - BIOS flashback ( A must need if you're getting 5000 series! ) - Heatsinks are pretty good, do the job. - Good amount of fan headers. - Great manual, however, it isn't on paper. - Layout is intuitive and easy to understand. ( Except for the CMOS ) - Worked with my 5600x out of the box. ( Guess I got lucky. Don't expect this. ) - Black PCB looks great. - Handles memory overclocking without any issues ( XMPing my 3600 cl16 kit to 4000 cl18, might go further soon ) - WiFi works impressively well, specially considering the price this board has. - Absolute breeze to build with, no issues at all.

Good wifi, 4 nvme slots, build quality, quick release and fast boot times!

Simple setup, worked and updated itself on first power up zero issues thus far. Massive heat sinks everywhere running benchmarks so far everything has been optimal. Nothing over 70c at 100% on processor, board, or video card. Wish I had known before hand they had heat sinks installed on the M.2 sockets for M1 M3 and M4. Wouldnt have had to buy memory with heat sinks. This is more positive than negative hence the pros column.

I came from an Asrock z370 Fatality K6 (bought a new board for 5v rgb header. I know im one of those lame-o's. (Fatality K6 is an amazing board and will be using in another build)) BUT I can vouch for some nice differences and I can say that I enjoy the Asus bios more. Flash from internet is nice. Ai overclock is a nice feature that works very well. I like that when overclocking they give you a prediction on how well the cooler will do and what kind of voltages will be delivered to the cpu. I personally have a manual OC on it but the AI works well. They include a small fan you can use to help cool the VRM heatsinks. There is a one click 5ghz button in the bios that looks interesting, I would recommend using the little fan if you're using 9th gen cpu as I hear they get warm. I'm using 8700k. USB type C and USB 3.1 ports galore (5) with (2) 2.0 slots Lots of fan headers. I actually plugged my aio into the wrong header and the mobo prompted me of an error in the configuration after POST. Went ahead and shut down and plugged into the right header, started back up without a hitch. SupremeFX sound (i can tell a slight difference over my asrock z370) Asus node. Excited to see what the future brings for that. RGB is actually looks great. The logos on the board and my card match perfectly as far as the quality. The cybertext is pretty cool but i can see why people wanted different text. It would have served them well to have it say Strix. Still a neat concept. M.2 heatsinks are a nice touch. They have an adhesive on the back of them though so be sure to only remove the plastic on top of the adhesive so that the adhesive can bond to your m.2 drive. They do help with temps quite a bit. I would say 10 degrees celsius cooler +\- 3 degrees or so.

- Good B550 motherboard. Nicely laid out. - No problems adding a pair of m.2 ssd's - Booted first time

Dual NIC USB C support

similar to the z790, which I currently have. Great look and amazing options.

-Very easy to build with -Solidly constructed/reinforced board -PCIe 5.0 and good RAM speeds

this mobo fits well with my i5-13500 intel processor. i have no problems with it. it seems to take its time adjusting to changes that i make at bios level. but erroring on the side of caution is always good. a prettygood board overall. no complaints.!

Easy to install. I'll never go with a full ATX board again. This fits into my case much better and had all the proper connections even with my 9+ LED fans
