it did not with the units that I purchased. Windows 10 came pre-installed.

does it have wifi? if not, can I add that capability?

It does not have Wi-Fi. You can probably get a Wi-Fi PCI card that mounts in the rear but the cheapest and easiest way is to purchase a USB Wi-Fi adapter. It will come with a driver disk.

can I add a second hard drive to this?

There isn't sufficient space to add a secondary HDD.

Is this capable of adding 2nd monitor? Is this USB 2 0r 3?
