Why wasn't my bag sealed properly?
If the packaging bag is too thick or the area to be sealed is uneven, it may result in an incomplete seal. We recommend that you flatten the sealing area and then reseal it, or choose a higher setting for sealing.
Why can't I use it even after plugging it into a USB power source?
To extend battery life, this device cannot be used while plugged into a USB power source. Please unplug the USB connector before use!
Why do you need to press hard to start working?
This product features a temperature spring sensor located in the center of the left side. We recommend pressing both sides of the lid simultaneously while the product is running to ensure even heating and reduce operating effort.
How to properly use a bag sealing machine for sealing?
Step 1: Switch the internal magnetic switch to "ON"; Step 2: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device; Step 3: Press both sides of the cover simultaneously to heat evenly and achieve a perfect seal.

The thicker the bag, the longer the pressing and sealing time; the thinner the bag, the shorter the pressing and sealing time (see product video for detailed instructions).
