A 550ml tank provides about 30 minutes of steam. Heats up in 20 seconds for efficient cleaning with fewer refills.
What surfaces can this handheld steam cleaner be used on?
It is suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, furniture, tiles, mattresses, toys, car interiors and so on. Avoid using on waxed floors, delicate fabrics, and electronic screens. Always test on a small hidden area first if unsure.
Why does the steam cleaner emit liquid water instead of steam?
The total tank capacity is 550 ml, but only put a maximum of 530 ml of water into the tank as water turns to steam inside the tank, filling the other space. lf there is no empty spaceinside the tank, the unit will not be able to generate any steam.
Why did the accessories parts fall off during cleaning after I attached it?
Each accessory has a secure lock. To make sure it’s fixed firmly, push it in and then twist it fully—you’ll hear or feel it click into place.
Do I need to wait for the steam cleaner to cool down and then add more water?
