Possible causes include: low power supply voltage, loose threads at the suction cup opening, missing sponge pad on the cup rim, or the suction cup not fitting tightly against the skin — allowing air to enter.
Suction feeling too strong or too weak?
Adjust the suction level using the button (1–12) to find the right intensity.(device defaults to level 3)

Why does the device stop working during use?
The smart cupping cup will automatically shut off when the battery is depleted or after 20 minutes of use (default runtime: 20 minutes).
What skin reactions may occur after use?
Possible skin reactions may include: mild redness, bright red marks, dark purple marks, blisters, or itching (especially for sensitive skin). These typically fade naturally within 15–30 days. We recommend waiting at least 30 days between uses.
