Intel® Integrated RAID Module RMS25PB080 work well PCIe X1 slot with PCIe x1 speed?
I researched and figure out  that PCIe x8 card can plug into PCIe x1 slot and run at the speed of PCIe x1. But I'm not sure Intel® Integrated RAID Module RMS25PB080 work well with PCIe x1 slot.  please help me to confirm it.

First, I would mention that this card ONLY works with two very specific chipsets on the motherboard. CHECK THAT FIRST! As to your question, generally ANY PCIe card, whether it's a graphics card or a $3000 RAID card will run at 1x speeds. The problem though is that it will not be able to plug into a PCIe x1 slot unless it's an x4 slot just running at x1. Do a search for PCIe Slot Size to see what I'm talking about. So Yes, it will run at PCIe x1, but the slot has to be at least x8 for it to physically fit or you will need to buy an additional cable that will convert an x1 slot to an x16 slot (search for PCIe X1 to X16 adapter or cable)

Is this a standalone RAID controller or does it require some circuitry already on the motherboard? I am confused by the "Integrated RAID Module" terminology.

Yes but you need to order the cables separately. It can feed a back-plane or drives depending on the cables.

I Just received this product. I guess I did not read the package content part of the specs. No cables. Do you have cable kits for this?

Can buy Trip-lite cable kits S508-003 & S506-18N Depending on how many sata drives you are intending on running will dictate how many of p/n S508-003 sets you need. If I remember correctly it comes two to a set if your not running a raid expander card you souldn't need p/n s506-18N
