How to activate and turn on the flashlight for the first time?
Please charge to activate before first use. Or please press and hold the center button (about 1 second) until the flashlight turns on with the moonlight or UV light to unlock.
Why does the green beam disperse into a line?
The lens might be dirty, causing this issue. Please clean the lens gently using a soft cotton cloth.
What is the charging time and expected battery lifespan of the ArkPro Ultra?
The ArkPro Ultra takes around 1.5 hours to fully charge via USB-C and 3 hours to fully charge via MCC. The battery retains over 80% capacity after 500 charge cycles.
How to check the charging status of the flashlight?
When charging via USB-C, the flashlight indicator light will illuminate; when charging via MCC, the flashlight indicator light will not illuminate, but the charging cable connector will light up.
If the USB-C charging port cover breaks, will it affect the waterproof performance?
The cover is not waterproof but mainly dustproof, and it does not affect the waterproof performance. The Type-C charging port itself is rated IPX7 waterproof.
