How do you get keys!? Ordered twice, 2 sets each time, all 4 came without keys!

I emailed customer support and found that you need to go to another website to order the master keys.  I would post the link but this rediculous system won't let me post it.  They did not charge an additional fee.  They need to add this information to the item description. Good luck!
