If it is not listed under Specs/Communications then probably not.  But as others have noted, the simple solution is to just add a USB wireless connector.  Some sellers add a cheap one to the system, some may not.

One.  I bought my M83 last year. A real bargain when you get Win 10 pro, authenticated.  I added DDR3 ram to make 16 GB.  I replaced the HHD with a Samsung SSD 240GB using the only SATA connection I saw. Confirm my eyes by downloading from Lenovo the User Manual.  I'm happy I own my M83.
