My keyboard keys stopped working. What could be the cause?
Liquid spills are a common cause of keyboard failure. To protect it: keep drinks away and clean only with a dry cloth. If liquid is spilled, turn off immediately and let dry fully for 48+ hours before reuse.
Is the Keyboard too big for travel, or too small for comfortable typing?
It is a "Full-Size Portable" keyboard, features a number pad and standard 16.5mm keys for comfortable typing. While not pocket-sized, its tri-fold design makes it packable and perfect for those who need both typing comfort and travel convenience
Do the hinges lock in place? Can I use it on my lap?
The hinges don't lock, but hold firmly when unfolded on a flat surface. For stable typing, we recommend using it on a desk or table.
Is the keyboard waterproof or water-resistant?
No. Please keep liquids away. If spilled, immediately disconnect the keyboard, turn it upside down to drain, and let it dry completely for at least 48 hours before reuse
Do the keyboard and mouse switch device simultaneously?
No. the mouse will not switch together with keyboard. Need to press the Mode Switch Button of the mouse to adjust to the device.
