What vehicles does this work with?
This GPS tracker is compatible with vehicles that have an 8V–32V power supply, including cars, trucks, trailers, RVs, vans, boats, and motorbikes.
Is there an app or software required?
Yes, the GPSLive app is available for both Android and iOS devices, included with your subscription. Track and manage your device using your smartphone or tablet. On computers, use any web browser with no software installation.
Why does my tracker show as offline when my vehicle isn’t moving?
Most GPS trackers enter sleep mode when your vehicle is parked to save power. GPSLive will always show the last known location before the tracker went to sleep. The tracker will automatically turn back on once your vehicle starts moving again.
