I'm looking to buy this as a laptop and want to know if I can only use programs and apps from the Microsoft store. In other words, can I use any programs I want? Primarily digital art programs.

Yes, this is a full Windows PC and can run downloaded programs in addition to Store apps, though bear in mind you don't have a dedicated GPU, so graphics-heavy programs might have lower performance.

Can we get it with windows 7 pro?

Sorry, no, they never made the Windows 7 driver bundle for the 2015-invented chips in this. Also, try running your Windows 7 PC with it's keyboard unplugged. Win8 was the first "Touch-controllable" Windows.

can you load quick pay?

Sorry, I have never used quick pay feature on the surface pro 4

Is the keyboard included?

No, it is an accessory. There are two types, one with the fingerprint reader and one without.

i added a user and now I can't access the account?

1. open control panel 2. open Computer Management (or search through Cortana) 3. click Local Users and Groups, select Users You should see the new account there.

Does this deal come with the pen and keyboard?

Microsoft Surface comes with a pen but no Keyboard, a keyboard is about $99
