I had the same question and found this link straight from NZXT's website.  Try googling this question "Where do I get the TR4 bracket for NZXT Kraken Z Series Z73 360mm" and the NZXT article should come up. The short answer according to the article is that the CPU should come with the required bracket. I haven't bought the parts to really confirm this but at least we have a point of reference. The article also references a youtube video from Gamers Nexus. As long as you find the article on NZXT's site it will give you the youtube video. Problem is that this video comes from 2017 so whose to say it will cool the latest 3960, 3970 and 3990 threadrippers.
