Eco friendly steak knife set in which the knife has a serrated blade and a composite wood handle. This set is especially suited for informal BBQs, in which you may have thick pieces of beef, and/or firm cuts, like prime rib or rib eye steaks. However, its also practical for thin cuts, like breaded steak, skirt steak or brisket. The knife is 8" total length, with a 4" serrated edge blade. It's made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel, with a shiny finish, and is full tang. The handle is double-riveted and made of composite oak wood. The knives and forks of the Ecowood Collection have a beautiful simple design that combines with almost any flatware. It's also a practical gift for someone that enjoys BBQs and social gatherings. Gift box included. This product is made in Spain, which has a long tradition in cutlery manufacturing. This is a new product (April 2025), so reviews will come later
