Who is Stelo for?

Why doesn’t my Stelo reading match my blood glucose meter?
Readings from a blood glucose meter (BGM) and your Stelo biosensor will not always be the same, and that’s normal. Stelo measures glucose in the interstitial fluid just under the skin, while a BGM measures glucose in a drop of blood.
Where can I find support for Stelo product issues?
Product support and replacements are provided by Stelo. If you experience a product issue, request support through the app: ?tap Settings>Contact>Continue, select the message icon to chat with SteloBot, and follow the prompts for “Report an issue.”
What does “Session Ended Early” mean?
This means your biosensor can't determine your glucose level. Follow these tips to help prevent it: apply the overpatch, keep it dry for the first 12 hours, gently pat it dry if it gets wet; if it peels, trim the edges and secure with medical tape.
What happens if my Stelo biosensor insertion causes bleeding?
Proper insertion helps prevent bleeding. Rarely, bleeding may occur. If blood spreads through the patch, remove it and insert a new biosensor at a different site. Watch the insertion video or contact SteloBot for help.
