Why does my new self-inflating mattress take longer to inflate the first time
The first inflation takes longer because the foam is compressed for shipping. Using the pump sack for the initial setup helps activate the foam's elasticity. After this, the mattress will self-inflate much faster, taking only 30-60 seconds.
Does the sleeping pad come with an air pump?
The sleeping pad doesn’t include a air pump, but the included carry bag doubles as a pump sack for easy inflation. For even faster setup, you can also purchase our Acacia air pump (sold separately) for quick and effortless inflation.
How should I store my sleeping pad?
Prior to storage, please ensure that the pad is completely dry. We recommend that the pad stored extended and fully inflated with the valve open. This remains the foam's memory, allowing quick inflation when next used.
What is the recommended air pressure range for inflating the sleeping pad?
It is recommended to inflate the sleeping pad to an air pressure range of 0.4~0.6 PSI. Please note that do not over-inflate the sleeping pad at any time, the high pressurre may cause separation between fabric and foam, leading to potential damage.
What if my sleeping pad gets damaged during use?
The ACACIA Sleeping Pad comes with 2 repair kits. Deflate the sleeping pad to ambient air pressure, clean repair area thoroughly, then Press patch firmly over puncture. Wait at least four hours before you inflate it again to allow repair kit to set
