1.What is the Return Policy?
If it is a product quality problem or missing accessories, you can contact the CASCHO for a return or exchange for free within 2 years, or you can contact to return it within 30 days of receipt.
2.Unable to Charge the Earbuds?
(1) Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case (2) Make sure the headphones are placed correctly in the charging case.
3.Can it be use in the shower?
No, You can use it while exercising, but do not use it while swimming or bathing.
4.Low volume
Click the volume + button to increase the volume.
5.Poor noise cancelling?
The earbuds don't have Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), please select the appropriate eartips
6.Poor sound quality?
Replace the appropriate eartips to ensure airtightness.
7.Only one earbuds can be use?
(1) Put 2 earbuds in the charging case for charge. (2) Delete the previous bluetooth pairing information on the phone. (3) Take out 2 earbuds and pair it with phone again.
