This operation will delete the data between earphones bluetooth wireless and your devices. When the earbuds had been connected with multiple devices, you don't know which one is the last device, you can reconnect with reset function.
1. Place both earbuds into the charging case (Must in the charging status)
2. Holding the multi-function button on each earbud for 8 seconds
3. Until the white light of earbuds flash, then the red light of earbuds go on for 1 second (If reset function fails, please make sure the ear buds wireless bluetooth earbuds in the charging status when you operate.)
Only one earbud plays music or can' t use the two earbuds simultaneously, what should I do?
Please check the status of pairing as below:
Unpair Mode: Two white indicator of earbuds turns on and flashes continuously.
Pairing Mode: One white indicator of earbuds flashes and the other is off.
1. Please put the earbuds back into the case. Toggle off the Bluetooth of your devices or delete T59 on the Bluetooth list on all connected devices.
2. Take the earbuds out, simultaneously double-click the button on each earbud. Put the earbuds back into the case.
3. After finishing the two steps above, toggle on the Bluetooth on your phone and take the earbuds out. Connect them again.
