Do I need WiFi or an app to use this doorbell extender?
No. This wireless doorbell chime extender does not require WiFi, an app, or Bluetooth. After installation and pairing, the transmitter sends the doorbell signal directly to the receiver whenever the doorbell button is pressed
How far can the signal reach?
The wireless signal range can reach up to 656 ft (200 m) in open areas. This provides reliable coverage throughout most homes, including bedrooms, basements, garages, and upstairs rooms, so you can hear the doorbell anywhere indoors
Can I change the ringtone and volume, and does the receiver have a visual alert?
Yes,The receiver offers 58 chime sounds and 5 volume levels (0–110 dB) to suit your home. It also features a blue LED indicator that flashes when the doorbell rings, providing a visual alert for quiet spaces or at night.
Why did the pairing fail when I tried to connect the transmitter and receiver?
Pairing mode lasts 5 seconds. Hold the Volume button until the LED flashes, then press the doorbell button within 5 seconds to send the signal. If missed, the receiver exits pairing mode and you’ll need to start over.
