Simply fit the bay into the space with the screws provided,
Plug the bay into the USB 3.2 20Pin A-Key, USB 3.0 19/20 pin connector and USB 2.0 10pin connector on the motherboard, and you're all set.

One USB 3.2 / 3.1 20pin Motherboard header (aka Type-E) Key-A is needed for USB-C Expansion
One 20 pin USB 3.0 and 10pin USB 2.0 header on motherboard are needed for USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports expansion
