Please Note:
- According to the New USB-IF standard, USB 3.0 = USB 3.1 Gen 1 = USB 3.2 Gen 1 = 5Gbps, USB 3.1 Gen 2 = USB 3.2 Gen 2 = 10Gbps. To reach 10Gbps, make sure the USB ports, cables, and connected devices on your computer support USB 3.1/3.2 Gen 2.
- According to Intel, USB 3.0 devices have noise of 2.4-2.5 GHz, which may affect communication using this frequency band. Therefore, 2.4 GHz wireless devices (wireless keyboard, mouse adapter, etc.) may not work near a USB 3.0 device or hub.It may cause some lags on wireless mouse. We recommend connecting to a USB 2.0 port. Or use an extension cable to keep the receiver away from the USB 3.0 cable.
- The USB-C port does NOT support video output.
- USB hub does NOT support charging host such as laptop.
