It only supports duplication/mirror/copy mode (A-AAAAAAAA); it is not an extender or switcher and does not support 8 in 1 out. The device supports EDID auto mode and copy mode, featuring dual EDID detection for compatibility. Auto mode (Adaptive EDID): With the auto downscaler, it supports 4K to 1080P downscaling and mixed 4K & 4K or 1080p outputs, auto-scaling resolutions. Copy mode: Copies EDID from output 1; other displays adjust accordingly. It offers wide compatibility, supporting full HD 4Kx2K@60Hz, 1080p@120Hz/60Hz, 3840x2160@60Hz, 1440p@60Hz, and 3D.
