RETURN POLICY
Just like your favorite running shoes, Braces and Supports should be replaced regularly to ensure they are providing the support they were designed to deliver. We recommend replacing your product after 6 months of regular use. Most of our FUTURO Products are Medical Devices. Due to this classification, not all retailers accept returns. Please get in touch with us directly to help you with your return.
The FUTURO Brand guarantees its products to be of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your FUTURO product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, for a refund or replacement. We do this to protect all of our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness. There are situations where a product will not be accepted for return. Those situations include, but are not limited to the following:
- Products showing wear and tear
- Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
- Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned
- Products damaged by misuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
- Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
- Past habitual misuse of our Return Policy.
