For best app performance, ensure cellular data or Bluetooth is turned off during use. It cannot connect to CarPlay simultaneously. Please note, the dashcam's Wi-Fi is for video transmission only and does not provide an internet connection. If the app fails to show the live preview or download videos, try disabling cellular data.
