Hi can this be used in a lenovo G580?

According to the specifications of the Lenovo G5 it should be able to support this memory kit.  The i3-3110m is capable of 32GB of RAM.  The G5 has two memory slots rated at 1600 MHZ.  I have several laptops that claim only 8GB of max ram but I have been able to upgrade them to 16GB.

There is a small possibility that it might not work due to the chipset.  However, most DDR3 laptops are capable of a 16GB configuration when using i3, i5, or i7 CPUs.
