Due to some incorrect usage methods, There are several reasons that prevent the product not mist out. First we Analyze the reasons for new product delivery to customer: 1.The product does not have a built-in battery and cannot be used as a wireless diffuser. But customer will think this is a wireless diffuser, they may not connect the power supply, and they may think this diffuser is not work. 2. The product must use a more than 1Amp 5V Adapter or USB Charger current less than 1A will not mist out just light on. But there is a lot of Old car USB system the current is less than 1A, also a few Adapter current can not reach 1 A. then Customer will think it is not work. 3.The product can not add too much water, there is a "Max line" on the product, When adding water should lower than the "Max line" if the water higher than the Max line, diffuser will not mist out. 4.The product only with one control button,single press the button is for mist out and light on. But a few customer will long press the light (Long press button is control the light only). when customer long press and it is not mist out, they may think it is not work. Also when product used for a long time , it may not mist out: Customer usually add some essential oils to the water, The essential oil is an oily substance, which may form scabs,the the diffuser may not mist out .The diffuser needs to be cleaned once every 2-3 days. When cleaning, please add some warm water and diluted vinegar, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, and then use a cotton swab to clean the white circle in the middle of the water tank. Then wipe it with a soft cloth.
