Q: Unit is on, but no sensation is felt in the pads
A: Both pads are not firmly on the skin. Or there is a loose connection. When you use two pads(one channel) or four pads(two channels), make sure you have placed all the pads on your body, otherwise it won't work; Intensity level needs to be increased.
Q: Adhesive gel pads do not stick to skin even after cleaning and moistening the gel pad.
A: Adhesive gel pads need to be replaced.
Q: Does not provide adequate pain relief.
A: Use your massager 20-30 minutes at a time, 3-6 times per day. Not using it long enough. Not lying down when massaging neck.
Q: Unit does not turn on or the screen is dim.
A: Battery is low, recharge the battery
Q: One pads feels stronger than other
A: This is normal. Different areas of your body will react differently. Make sure the pads are moist and are making good contact.
Q:How long does it last on a full charge?
A:The device can operate for 4 hours on a full charge.
ATTENTION:
1. If you only plug one wire, you should make sure that two pads connected with the same wire are placed on your skin at the same time so that the unit can work properly. If you plug two wires, you need to connect the 4 or 6 pads to the both wires and then place all of these pads on your skin at the same time, otherwise it will not work.
2. The TENS device will be shut off automatically because the timer is set for 10-80 minutes. The max timing for one running is 80 minutes. If you need more therapy for longer than 80 minutes, you need to reset it.
NOTE:
1. Not suitable for pregnant women and hypertension patients, and not safe for people with pacemakers.
2. In many cases, this stimulation will deliver immediate pain relief. Pain relief varies by individual and by the type of pain you are in.
