100W Mono Amplifier Board
TW100U is a compact yet powerful 100W mono Bluetooth amplifier board, featuring the TPA3116D2 chip. It supports TWS functionality and offers Bluetooth, AUX, and USB input options. With DC 12–24V wide voltage input support and easy operation, it is suitable for a variety of DIY audio applications.
Multiple Input Options
Equipped with Bluetooth, AUX, and USB inputs, the TW100U allows seamless connection to smartphones, tablets, PCs, TVs, and other audio sources. Whether you prefer wireless streaming or stable wired playback, multiple input options provide greater flexibility, wider device compatibility, and more convenient switching between audio sources.
TWS Pairing (Requires 2 Units)
1.Power on both units – blue LED flashes quickly
2.Short press the volume knob 3 times on one unit – red LED flashes quickly (Master)
3.Success: Master red LED solid, Slave red LED slow flash (blue off)
4.Connect your phone to “DAJUNGUO AUDIO” or use AUX/USB on the Master unit
Exit TWS: Short press the volume knob 3 times on either unit
TWS Notes
- Pair TWS first, then connect the phone
- Slave input disabled – only receives audio from Master (red solid LED)
- Auto-reconnect on next power-on
- Slotted High-Density Heat Sink Design
The grooved, dense-fin aluminum heat sink increases surface area for faster heat dissipation, effectively reducing chip temperature under high-power operation. Ensures stable output performance and extends the service life of the amplifier board.
- Dedicated Bluetooth Antenna Base(Includes Bluetooth Antenna)
Equipped with a dedicated antenna interface, allowing connection of an external Bluetooth antenna for improved signal stability and extended transmission range—especially beneficial for enclosed speaker installations.
- Upgraded DC Power Jack (Spark-Free Design)
The enhanced DC power interface reduces spark generation during plug-in, protecting internal components from sudden current impact.
