How to Use

Please put the TENS unit massager on your skin before start.Try to increase intensity of out put one by one and wait for about 10 seconds if no pulse is sensed. (People has different sensation levels)

  • 1.Press the ON button, the first blue light on;
  • 2. Press the ON button again, The first light flash, and you will get the pulse massage.
  • 3.Press INC to increase the tens level;Press DEC to decrease the tens level;
  • 4.Press the PROGRAM To choose the mode,Press the OFF turn off the machine.
