Q1: Will this fit in my small form factor (SFF) or mini PC case?

Q2: Does this work with Windows 11? What about my old Windows 7 PC?

A: Yes, fully compatible with Windows 11, 10, 8, and 7 (32/64-bit). Drivers available on our support page. Not for Linux or macOS.

Q3: Why isn't my Bluetooth working?

A: Bluetooth requires connecting the included USB cable to a 9-pin F_USB header on your motherboard. Without this cable, only WiFi works. Also, install the driver and disable any old Bluetooth drivers in Device Manager.

Q4: Is this card faster than my old built-in WiFi?
