In The Breeze Item #4252 -Rainbow Curlie 48 inch Wind Spinner is appliquéd with durable rainbow spectrum colored polyester fabric. This Curlie is 9 inches wide by 48 inches long. We use fabrics that are stain, UV and weather resistant. A plastic ball is attached to the bottom which "weighs" it down. No assembly is required. It ships flat but will extend to great lengths once the breeze starts to turn it. Simply hang with the attached heavy duty ball bearing swivel. The outer edge is encased with a heavy duty plastic strand made from a mixture of polymers.
