A: Use the provided wrench to tighten the screws from the bottom of the magnetic base(not the rod). Secure the rod to the base by threading the screws.
Q: Why does the screw get stuck halfway during installation?
A: 1. Check for paint base; 2. Check if the screw is entering straight to the hole.
Q: What if the screw holes are blocked by paint?
A: Screw the hole of rod clockwise and counterclockwise 2–3 times to scrape off residual paint.Or use a thin needle to clear debris from the threads.
Q: The screws seem too short. What should I do?
A: The screws are designed to be installed from the base, not from the rod.
