Are these new and manufactured by Brother (OEM)?

I ordered this item about six weeks ago. I received a single box with one Brother TN660 toner cartridge. Upon calling and asking for the other two toners, the vendor claims I only ordered one, and claims there is no such item as a 3-Pack. So far, I have been unsuccessful getting a refund or the two additional toners. Hope this answers your question.
