If its OEM, does it carry 1 year warranty from dell ?

I do not believe this is an OEM battery (see above question), but even if it were, when I reached out to Dell for a warranty claim, they said they only warrant batteries sold by Dell or an authorized seller.

Is this Dell official or third-party?

It appears to be a third-party - though I cannot prove this, there are many subtle differences between this battery, and the one originally in my laptop, and one I purchased directly from Dell. The original and the one purchased from Dell are identical.
