Do I need to install the driver when I use it for the first time?
Hello, Windows and Mac OS work immediately and do not require driver installation. However, if you are using a new hard drive, you must first format the hard drive to partition it.
The blue light is on, but does not indicate a percentage progress...,why?
The percentages are displayed only when cloning a disk.
