Are your products cruelty-free?
All of our products are cruelty free and have never been tested on animals.
Is your packaging sustainable and/or recyclable?
Currently, most of our products are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes and most of our packaging is recyclable. Check individual product packaging for guidance.
How often should I change my cartridge?
Everyone’s shave routine and rate of hair growth is unique but generally we suggest changing your blade cartridge every 6-8 uses, or when you start to feel tugging or pulling as you shave.
I am having trouble getting the shower holder to stick, any tips?
Make sure the suction cup and surface you’re sticking it to are both clean and free from debris. Pro tip: add a little emollient or a dab of water around the rim of the suction cup to help it stick, and press the suction cup to remove air.
