The Jabra BIZ 2300 Mono USB headset has been designed to provide crystal clear conversation experience in the contact center environment. The headset features an intuitive, in-line call controller for improved productivity and convenience. Large buttons with LED indicators, make it easier to perform functions like pick up or end calls, put callers on or take them off hold, set volume levels, or put the call on mute.


The BIZ 2300 Mono USB has a light-weight yet durable construction with an unobtrusive design, making it ideal for easy daily handling. A 360° rotating break proof boom arm and Kevlar-reinforced cord ensure that the headset can withstand the conditions of a contact center environment.
