Does this computer come with a 2.5" HDD in a 3.5" bay or does it come with a 3.5" HDD?

The one I purchased had a 3.5" WD Green HDD. I have another on the way, ordered yesterday. Mine are being used for dedicated licensing servers on a small network, so I dismounted the HDD w/OS and subbed an SSD. The MOBO will not RAID, but does support Smart Features and the RST driver for that board handles TRIM quite well.

Does it have a HDMI port?

The Display Port would be the same quality as HDMI. You'll just want a DisplayPort to HDMI cable or adapter.

They come with a 7 licence. You can use that to install 10. They're selling it with no os as stated.

Is there room enough and SATA connections to add  additional SSDs in addition to the included HDD?

The 7010 has three SATA connectors — one for the HDD, one for the DVD and a spare.

It also only has three PSU SATA connections, one of which has a different plug for the DVD. Because of that, an SATA add-in card wouldn't help because there's no power. I am, though, running a Plextor PCIe SSD in one system's x4 PCIe with no problems on Server 2012 R2, so anything newer than winXP can use one for storage...
