AUDIO EXTENDER This unit extends Coaxial or Toslink digital audio signals up to 950ft (290m), or RCA Stereo signals up to 558ft (170m), over a CAT5e/6/7 cable. For best performance, the use of good quality CAT cables is recommended. AUDIO FORMATS The Coaxial & Toslink inputs support digital audio up to 7.1-channel, including Dolby Digital, DTS, and PCM, with a sampling rate of 48k/96k/192k (16bit/18bit/24bit). The RCA (L+R) input supports Stereo audio. AUDIO SPLITTER The Receiver features an embedded DAC and ADC, enabling simultaneous audio output to all its ports (Coaxial, Toslink, RCA Stereo). Please note that only one input source can be active at a time on the Transmitter unit. POWER over CABLE (PoC) A single power adapter connected to the Transmitter (TX) powers the Receiver (RX) through the CAT cable. SIMPLE INSTALLATION No drivers are needed for installation. The durable metal housing is surface-mountable and helps minimize EMI/RFI noise interference.
