How This Non-waterproof PIR (Passive Infrared) Motion Sensor Alarm Works? (Please read below info before ordering)
1: Must first set up 4 PIN codes each time the battery is replaced.
2: Press the '4' key to arm after PIN codes Setting. You will have a 30s delay to leave the monitoring area.
3: Once triggered, you have 5s to disarm with codes, or it sounds for 30s
What is the recommended mounting height for this alarm?
Recommended Wall-Mounted Installation Height: 5ft (1.5m);
Installing the alarm too high may reduce sensitivity or hinder motion detection;
Detection Range: 20-26ft (6-8 meters) Detection Angle: 120° horizontally, 60° vertically (non-adjustable);
How to power on this alarm?
Option 1: Recommend using 4 AA alkaline batteries (not carbon-zinc) with a minimum capacity of 2500mAh per unit (BATTERY NOT INCLUDED & NOT RECHARGEABLE);
Option 2: External USB Power with included special USB power cord. TIPS: ADAPTER NOT INCLUDED;
What can I do if batteries drain fast?
If installed in a high-traffic area where the alarm is frequently triggered, the battery will deplete more quickly. In such cases, we recommend using an external USB power supply instead of relying solely on battery power.
Can this infrared sensor work normally in high-temperature environments, such as ambient temperatures exceeding 95°F?
Recommended Temperature: 5°F to 95°F. High ambient temperature can cause infrared sensors to low performance or malfunction.Therefore, during installation, avoid direct sunlight or positioning the sensor towards other heat sources like radiators.

- It is suitable for indoor areas, garages, sheds, outbuildings, gates, and front/back porches.

Step 1: Power On Alarm
- Use 4 AA alkaline batteries. (TIPS: BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED)
- Or use External USB DC Power with included special USB power cord.(ADAPTER NOT INCLUDED)
Step 2: Set 4 PIN CODES First
- Set 4 numbers as PIN CODE after power on.(Make sure don't use '4' as the 1st code)
- The PIN won't be stored. You need to re-set when replace batteries.
Step 3: Press key '4' to Arm
- Press key '4' to arm after PIN code is set successful.
- Then you have 30s to leave the monitor area without triggering the alarm.
Triggered and Sound Loudly
After 30s, once triggered by detecting body movements, if PIN CODE isn't entered timely in 5s, it will sound very loudly and last 30s.
