Important Operation Instructions
Turn on the detector in an area where combustible gas is known not to be present.
Each time the device is turned on, it initiates a warm-up process that takes about 30 seconds, during which time the device is unavailable.
It is recommended to use lighter or gas stove gas to test the effectiveness of the detector (make sure the gas is released but there is no flame).
Switch the sensitivity by pressing the [S] button. * When the [S] button light is on, the detector is in high sensitivity mode.
Power Saving
Automatic power off after 5 minutes without operation or gas detection.
Batteries Included
Ready to use upon receipt. Note: Please remove the batteries whenever the tester will not be in use for a prolonged period of time.
Adjustable Sensitivity with Dual Range
Low Sensitivity Mode: 500 to 1,000 ppm*
High Sensitivity Mode: 50 to 500 ppm*
